About
Nant y Walch Barn is situated in the Irfon Valley three miles from Llanwrtyd Wells in Mid Wales, between the Brecon Beacons to the South, the Cambrian Mountains to the North and Builth Wells (13 miles) and Llandovery (13 miles) to the East and West, just an hour and a half from Cardiff.
The large stone barn (90 sq metres) and the extension (50 sq metres), are glazed on two sides, providing uninterrupted views down the Irfon valley. Together they provide an ideal space for up to 100 guests, and a marquee can be erected in the enclosed courtyard if additional space is needed.
In the summer months, throw the doors open, make use of the open air courtyard at the back, with its dappled shade and babbling stream, and the beautiful wildflower meadow and pond to the front of the barn.
In the cooler months, you’ll be cosy in our beautiful and welcoming space. Sunshine will stream through the glazed windows, and the underfloor heating and thick stone walls will keep everyone toasty warm.
