Port Talbot Parkway railway station is on the South Wales main line between Cardiff and Swansea, located 2 miles off the M4 (A4107, A48 and A4241). There is a Taxi Rank at the front of the Station.

The Work of Art Cafe ( Mon-Fri 06:30 to 17:30) is situated on the overbridge at the station, opposite the ticket office and stairs down to the island platform.

The postcode is SA13 1UR. Ticket office open Monday to Friday 05.30 - 18.30, Saturday 06.00 - 19.00 & Sunday 10.00 - 17.30. Ticket machine, Live Departure and Arrival screens, payphone, waiting room open 06:00 - 21.30, toilets.
