About

Discover the thrill of stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) at Meadow Springs Country & Leisure Park, set against the serene backdrop of our flat-water lakes. Begin your adventure with a comprehensive introduction to the equipment and a thorough safety briefing. We’ll start you off by mastering control of the board while kneeling, and once you’re confident, we’ll guide you to stand up—after all, it is called stand-up paddle boarding! As you gain confidence, you’ll be gliding across the lake, putting your newfound skills to the test.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there! Meadow Springs offers a variety of other exhilarating activities, including kayaking, archery, and axe throwing. All our sessions come fully equipped with everything you need. Whether you’re a first-timer or looking to hone your skills, our 1-hour taster sessions are perfect for you. For those seeking a more immersive experience, consider joining the Meadow Springs Experience!

Experienced paddlers are also welcome, with or without their own gear, as we offer equipment for hire. Please note that lake access and equipment availability are subject to scheduling, so be sure to call us or book online to confirm your spot. Dive into adventure and make unforgettable memories at Meadow Springs!
