Chepstow is, and has been accredited as a Walkers are Welcome town since 2012 and the annual walking festival organised by Chepstow Walkers are Welcome is a celebration of this. It would be fair to say the area is a gateway to walking in Wales and the Wye Valley.

The festival offers the visitor an extensive programme of guided walks with experienced walk leaders, discovering the hidden and not so hidden gems that the area has to offer. The walks will suit most abilities and this year there are a couple of challenging walks for the very fit as well as those that prefer a stroll with a theme.

The main objective of the festival is to have fun, enjoy the great outdoors with like-minded people and discover the beautiful diverse landscape and history of this stunning area.

Ticket have remained at £5 per Adult ticket. Under 16's free was is the Walk for Health and Welsh Speaking Walk.

The programme will be 'live' in Mid February.

Booking is essential as places limited to offer the best experience. Tickets will be available from Mid February
