Three full days of photography featuring Corris and Talyllyn Railway trains, plus a Pendre night shoot on Monday evening.

All three days feature No.1 ‘Talyllyn’ on the original TR carriage stock, while No.4 ‘Edward Thomas’ will face downhill into Tywyn – heading a mixed Corris train, featuring newly restored Van 6.

Road Directions

Tywyn is on the A493 road from Machynlleth to Dolgellau. Approaching from Aberdyfi, Wharf station is on the left. Coming from Dolgellau, go through the town centre past the National Rail station for 300yds and we are on the right. There is a Large pay & display car park 100 yards away. Parking is also available at Dolgoch and Abergynolwyn stations, located on the B4405 Bryncrug to Talyllyn road.

Accessible by Public Transport: Tywyn station is 0 miles away.

Rheilffordd Talyllyn Railway, TywynHistoric narrow-gauge steam railway set in beautiful, unspoilt southern Snowdonia. Running from Tywyn to Abergynolwyn and Nant Gwernol, the line passes the delightful Dolgoch Falls and there are excellent forest walks at Nant Gwernol.
