About

The Yat is a small family run guest house, with 2 guest bedrooms, both en suite. This ancient historic house nestles in the hills between the towns of Hay-on-Wye, Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells down a single tract road. Though ancient it has been restored in keeping with its character by the present owners, artist Krystyna Zaremba and Derek Pike. Spring water is on tap and the house benefits from the latest technology, using sustainable energy, to heat both water and the house. There is a library where guests can browse and WiFi is available in guest rooms. A beautiful large garden surrounds the house and there are walks leading from the house over common land and unspoilt countryside.
