A 2 bedroom self catering cottage in rural West Wales, situated in an elevated position with magnificent views of the Cambrian Mountains. This barn conversion has been lovingly restored and completed to a high standard.

Located in a beautiful rural, tranquil area of the countryside with no light pollution a wonderful place to unwind and re centre yourself. You will have access to the 14 acres of our working small holding for walks, picnics or just watching the view change during the day.

- 2 Ensuite Bedrooms
The King Sized Bedroom has an Ensuite Bathroom with Bath with Shower over, Basin and WC.TV and DVD Player and desk 
The Second Bedroom has either a Super King bed or 2 Single Beds with its own Ensuite including a Shower, Basin and WC
- Open Plan Ground Floor with Kitchen,Dining Table , Sitting Area and TV
- Front Patio with Table and Chairs
- Wifi/Broadband
- Washing Machine
- Dishwasher
- Linen and Bath Towels included. Please bring your own Beach/ Outdoor Towels
- Fuel and Power included in the rent
- Sorry no smoking or Pets
- Shared use of the 14 acre small holding including:​
- Off road Parking for up to 4 cars, Barbecue area, Fire Pits , Table Tennis, Boules , Swing Ball and outdoor games such as Jenga and Seating Areas

  • Off the Beaten Track - We were described by a previous visitor as in the middle of nowhere but the centre of everything . We are 15 minutes from the coast , similar to the Cambrian mountains , 17 minutes to Lampeter, 35 minutes to Aberystwyth, 20 minutes to Aberaeron, 17 minutes to Tregaron
