Nestled in the beautiful Dovey Valley the stunning scenery of the Welsh countryside is plain to see from every aspect. This 15th Century Coaching Inn has recently undergone a transformation and re-opened offering guests a choice of dining, drinking and sleeping options, as well as a function room suitable for large events and parties including weddings.

With a wealth of exposed beams, feature fireplaces, beautiful solid Oak furniture, locally sourced seasonal produce and a fantastic range of ale’s and wine’s this really is the ideal location to explore from whilst staying in one of our ten individually designed en-suite rooms.

Dog Friendly

The Brigands Inn like to boast about our pub being dog friendly and even offer a specially made beer for dogs!. The Brigands is in Partnership with ‘Bob&Lush’ and offer a free sample when you stay as well as a 50% voucher off of their range of dog accessories! (Beds, toys etc.)

The team of award winning chefs along with enthusiastic waitresses and waiters provide only the best quality, locally sourced produce with a phenomenal service, and a smile which will brighten up your day. Check out  forthcoming events for all of our special offers – Sunday Lunch is a must at the Brigands so don’t forget to book! LUNCH MENU

Lunch is served from Midday to 2:30pm daily. Meals are all cooked with seasonal produce and menus can change on a daily basis, nevertheless The Brigands will always be able to offer you a variety. You can view sample menu here:

DINNER MENU

Evening meals are served between 6pm and 9pm, so come and relax with a glass of wine in front on the open fire before sitting down to a 3 course meal with family and friends –  steaks along with the home made chips are a must for all! Don’t forget that you can arrange special events with us, just give us a call to pre-book your table.

TEA & CAKE

Food throughout the day, so if you fancy something a little light and sweet in the mid-morning or afternoon, you need to check out the Morning & Afternoon Teas. With a variety of options such as lights sandwiches, quiche and delicious cakes along with a hot beverage or something a little stronger.

The Brigands also do a Special ‘Afternoon Tea for Two’ which includes a selection of sandwiches and assorted cakes, scones with jam & cream, a glass of Prosecco,  speciality Teas or Coffee and mints. Served between 2.30 – 5.00pm   Please  book your table in advance.
