Set in Snowdonia National Park with views over the Mawddach Estuary, Penmaenuchaf is a Victorian mansion in its own landscaped gardens, an oak-panelled lounge, a fine dining restaurant and 14 luxurious bedrooms. It is fully licenced as a venue for civil wedding and civil partnership ceremonies.
Penmaenuchaf Head Chef, Owen Vaughan, and his talented kitchen brigade are focused on creating menus with high-quality, delicious ingredients, that are as local as possible. The restaurant for lunch and dinner daily, and enjoy great British cooking with an true emphasis on big flavour.

With views out across the gardens, and with the Snowdonia range in the distance, the beautiful garden room restaurant is a wonderful setting for a memorable dining experience.
The menu is inspired by the extraordinary location and the rich larder in Wales. All ingredients are of the highest quality and the best the season has to offer, and supplied by the local community of excellent producers alongside what grows in the small kitchen garden.
As all food is prepared freshly in the hotel, the restaurant can cater for most dietary requirements with notice. Please advise of any dietary requirements and allergies when making your booking.
