Copper Beech Cottage Welshpool

About

Surrounded by rolling hills and woodland, Copper Beech Cottage is a dog friendly holiday cottage located just outside of the Welsh market town of Welshpool, perfect for an idyllic countryside break and exploring all that Mid Wales and beyond has to offer. Newly renovated after spending many years derelict, Helen & David Jones have given Copper Beech Cottage a new lease of life and welcome people to their working farm with beef cattle and horses which they share with their young family and two labradors.

Boasting three bedrooms, sleeping between eight and ten, this contemporary property is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday to unwind and see the sights of the Welsh countryside. The newly renovated cottage has been finished to a high standard ready to welcome  families and groups to explore the beautiful area.

Take a seat at the elegant kitchen island which is surrounded by a modern fitted kitchen complete with two cookers, a gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, wine fridge and an extendable dining table with bench seating for family dining.

Moving through to the living area, it has high-quality furnishings and a contemporary décor, it is a warm space to curl up on the sofa next to the log burning fire following a day of adventure. Off this is a cosy snug, which is a perfect room for the children to have as a play area or movie room. This is also home to a comfortable king-sized sofa bed to accommodate two adults.

Downstairs also features a toilet and accessible shower room and utility with a washing machine and dryer, so you can wash your clothes after a days walking.

The cottage has private off-road parking and is accessed via a gravel driveway. Relax in the hot tub whilst appreciating the skies at night or enjoy a morning coffee on the sweeping patio which surrounds the cottage. There is also a large dining table ideal for al fresco dining on the warmer days. Four-legged friends are welcome to join in on the holiday fun and the cottage has a warm dog wash outside to wash down muddy paws. EV charging is available.
