The Tithe House is a luxury self-catering retreat located between the market towns of Hay-on-Wye and Builth Wells. Sleeping up to 12 people, it provides the perfect place for family and friends to gather, unwind and get back to nature.
Inside
The interiors reflect the owners’ extensive interest in art, sculpture, fabrics and antique and modern furnishings. At the heart of the House is the beautifully and fully equipped kitchen. The House offers accommodation for up to 12 people in five bedrooms (one containing two singles and a bunk bed). Luxury towels and bed linen are provided alongside locally sourced bath products.
For those cosier days and nights, there is a fireplace in the vast living room. Guests can help themselves to logs for a fire inside or outside, thumb through the wide range of books, take a dip in the hot tub or even relax in the snug to watch a movie. Great for old and young alike.
Outside
The Tithe House offers families, friends and pets a chance to embrace nature and the many outdoor pursuits this stunning region has to offer, including horseriding, fishing, walking, mountain biking, wild swimming, and canoeing.
On site, there is an abundance of entertainment, so after a long energetic day out, have a soak in the hot tub, enjoy sun-downers in the garden shack looking out across the valley, a BBQ and alfresco dining, and if that's not enough, some karaoke and games in the drinks cabin. And don’t forget, before turning down the luxury bedding, gaze at the stars that light up the unpolluted dark skies.
