About
Rooms are available for hire and range in capacity from our board room for 10, to our 500 seater Main Auditorium, with many options in between. With 8 spaces available for hire we can accommodate large conferences that also require a break-space / meeting also.
The capacity of our meeting spaces is as follows (based upon theatre style seating layout)
Main Auditorium - 500
Upper Auditoirum - 200 (which can be divided into 2 rooms with own access)
Guest Lounges - 110 (which can be divided into 2 rooms with own access)
Coffee Lounge - Seating in cafe style for 80
Board Room - 15
Creche - 15
Each Floor has underfloor heating and each room has airconditioning, a fresh air system and Audio Visual (Ceiling mounted projector / Wall mounted Flat Screen TV) systems which are fixed in place, with the main auditorium also having a full PA and Led lighting system.
We have FOC Parking on site and there is also WIFI throughout our facility which is included in the day delegate cost.
Our standard catering options have 4 levels starting with refreshments on arrival up to a forked buffet with unlimited teas and coffees. However, we also understand that each event can be different, and therefore as well as our typical offering, we are able to offer more flexible packages and customisable options to suit your preferences and budget.
