About

Brad is a professional nature and landscape photographer based in Welshpool, Mid Wales. Much of his photography is focused on small pockets of the local area in Powys and around the magical landscape of Eryri / Snowdonia. Brad offers a range of learning experiences that include group landscape photography workshops throughout various locations in Wales, private one to one photography tuition, and photo editing workshops online and from his studio space in Welshpool. In 2025, Brad will be hosting his first residential group workshop and creative retreat.

GROUP WORKSHOPS (1/2 DAY/ FULL DAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE)

These are fully immersive photography experiences for those who are serious about improving their knowledge of the camera and taking the creation of their images to the next level. Full day and half day workshops are offered in various locations around Wales.

1 TO 1 PRIVATE TUITION

If you’re a business owner looking to improve your product photography skills, or you’re looking to venture into the outdoors on your own self-discovery journey, you can now hire me for half a day, a full day or multi-day trips to learn about your camera or gain access into my thought process behind my own art.

RESIDENTIAL GROUP WORKSHOPS

Join a group of likeminded creatives as we embark on a multi-day, action packed adventure into the Welsh wilderness. We’ll be engaging in plenty of deep conversation, exploring ancient, twisted oak woodland, climbing some of the most beautiful mountains and relaxing around some of Wales’ most peaceful and tranquil lakes, all armed and ready to capture photographs that will last for a lifetime.

SUNRISE & SUNSET PHOTO WALKS

Spend a sunrise or sunset with me and a small group of other creative-minded people outdoors enjoying some nature. What could be better? We’ll walk, talk and of course, create lots of photographs. Allow me to be your tour guide and show you the best secret spots as I introduce you to some of my favourite places across Mid Wales.

1 TO 1 CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

A part creativity, part personal development service designed to help you to take your creativity and artistry to the next level. Are you feeling like you’re stuck in a rut with your photography? Are you looking for some direction in a creative project? Are you looking to build your confidence and find your true, creative voice? If so, then this service is for you.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Join me and a small community of likeminded photographers where you’ll watch each other grow as people and as artists over the course of a few months. Be prepared to have your own thought processes challenged as I look to arm you with the tools that ensure that your image creation continues to improve, far beyond the duration of your time with me.
