THE EPYNT WAY is a 65 km long distance path around the circumference of the Sennybridge Training Area. It is open to walkers, equestrians and mountain bikers. The trail is well marked with frequent, yellow-topped marker posts which have green and white discs. Finger posts and link posts denote entry and exit paths. The path is normally open at all times. Users should check for any closures on the website.
Horse riders will find five receptor points offering corralling, shelter and parking for horse boxes.
The Epynt Way Visitor Centre is located on the B4519 road between Upper Chapel and Garth. (What 3 Words: The Centre provides free parking, toilets and picnic benches. Inside can be found information boards covering the history, geology, flora and fauna of Epynt and the use of the land by the military from World War 2 to the present day. A track adjacent to the Centre leads to further picnic benches, information boards and a short circular walk.
