About

The Globe at Hay celebrates all forms of expression; from poetry readings to fashion shows, children’s workshops to video art and from philosophical talks to music and comedy. We are here to ensure that audiences from both near and far can find exemplary arts and events in this unique and rural location.

At The Globe at Hay, you will find our Burger Me Restaurant. Our talented Head Chef has specially created a variety of delicious burgers guaranteed to get your taste buds tingling! We also have a huge range of side dishes, sharing plates, desserts and specials! Dine in or have your takeaway delivered by the amazing Hay Hangry Team! We are also happy to cater for larger groups and celebrations too! To discuss your party, email us with your enquiry details at hire@globeathay.co.uk

Our Globe Café and Globe Gardens are a real gem of the town, hosting many of our community events - Little Willows Playgroup, Open Mic, Philosophy Café, Hay Pride Fundraisers and Clwb Cymraeg (Welsh Language Chat Group). All are welcome! We also host craft fayres to support small local businesses throughout the year!

The Globe at Hay is also a fully licensed wedding venue - a beautifully converted chapel that dates back to 1752, nestled in the renowned book town of Hay-On-Wye, located within the Wye Valley. With many versatile spaces, including our Globe Gardens, you can design and curate the wedding of your dreams, supported by our dedicated team.
