Mindfulness Walks at Powis Castle and Garden

About

This gentle and relaxing mindfulness taster session will help you experience the gardens in an entirely unique way, as well as learn to be ‘in the moment’ and switch off from the stresses of daily life.

Mindfulness meditation has been scientifically proven to relieve stress and anxiety, improve concentration and lead to a happier and healthier way of living and is even more beneficial when practiced outdoors in nature.

Catherine Waterfall, a stress-management and mindfulness coach with over 10 years meditation experience, will guide visitors through the formal gardens and woodland areas on a tranquil stroll through the senses.

The session will start at 9am, before the Castle opens to the public. The event is around an hour long.

Tickets are £15 per person. This includes entry to the garden for the event, but normal admission charge applies into the castle.

(Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate under 16s).
