Barmouth/Abermaw railway station is on the Cambrian Coast line from Machynlleth to Pwllheli and is located by a level crossing just off the A496 which runs through the town. The postcode is LL42 1LS.

Ticket office open Monday & Tuesday closed, Wednesday - Saturday 09:15 - 16:15

No station car park but large pay & display council car park very close by; 10 cycle lockers provided.

The station is close to the centre of the town and to the promenade.

Barmouth is located on the A493 coast road 10 miles from Dolgellau (A470/A487/A494). The railway station is located in the town centre by a level crossing just off the A496 and is also close to connecting public transport services and taxis.
