About

Located within an estuary on the west side of Red Wharf Bay, St David's beach is accessed by foot from Benllech to the north or Red Wharf Bay to the south. The beach is a popular focus for family holidays and is ideal for traditional seaside activities of paddling, rockpooling and beach games. The bay is located in the Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Trwyn Dwlban Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The Anglesey Coast Path follows the coast and there are panoramic views along the coast in both directions.

The small town of Benllech just north of the beach has plenty of shops, services, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking no charge, toilets. Dog restrictions apply May - end September.
