Dafydd Wyn Morgan is Wales' most enthusiastic photographer, who specialises in night photography and videography presenting the night sky in harmony with the landscapes of the natural world.

Star Experiences 

Whether you're looking to see a few twinkling stars or fancy photographing the Milky Way, a great meteor shower or the rare noctilucent clouds, Dafydd's your man to take you to the right place at the right time.

Please contact Dafydd if you'd like a short 60-minute stargazing session at the accommodation you're staying at. He'll introduce you to the wonders of Wales night sky, plus share his vast local knowledge with you.

Session details 

If the weather is perfect, suggested activities include:

• Introductions (5mins)
• Settle in and get yourself safe and comfortable
• Revealing the night sky wonders available on the night(up to 15 minutes)
• Night sky wonder connections with the myths and legends of Cymru(5-7 minutes)
• Group members to take their own individual photos(10 minutes)
• Very short fun session with light sources(10 minutes)
• Finished off with a heart warming sip of Dark Skies Rum and brownies (20 minutes) and or hot drinks. Look at images from evening on projector.

Tarpaulin and blankets required plus campsite chairs if possible.​

Bring plenty of warm clothes: Hats, scarves, gloves, warm jackets,long-johns and wellingtons.

Astro Cycling Experiences

Serydda is pleased to confirm a partnership with Pippa from Riding with Pippa, a qualified Mountain Bike Leader. Night rides start during sunset, after sunset or in total darkness(with headlights).
